Hours: Daytime Shifts (Monday - Weds, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Reports To: Executive Chef / Owners
Zest Culinary Services is Bucks County's premier personal chef service specializing in elevated home dining through customized prepared meal delivery, dinner parties and boutique catering experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Daytime Cook to join our culinary family.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of menu items customized to varying tastes, preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the Executive Chef.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure efficient execution and delivery of service.
- Adapt to various tasks and kitchen stations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school is a plus.
- Proven experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a variety of cuisines
- Basic knowledge of food allergies
- Previous culinary experience
- ServSafe certified
